The Seattle Times, the Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper, is actively seeking an Account Associate in the Advertising department. This important role is primarily responsible for successfully scheduling both digital and print advertising insertion orders. They are the owner and point of contact for all parties to resolve any ad scheduling, billing, or creative issues. Successful applicants will be able to timely and accurately schedule all digital and print display products for The Seattle Times network and Seattle Times’ print products. Additionally, the Account Associate contributes to the daily operations and overall strategy of Sales Operations at The Seattle Times, ensuring the quality and responsiveness of service meets or exceeds expectations.
